He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a business degree in accounting. Upon graduation, he founded Snell Isle Realty and later incorporated St. Petersburg Realty. Following the sale of Snell Isle Realty to a national firm, he helped launch the Smith & Associates office in St. Petersburg (Tampa Bay's leading luxury home sales office). Between his list of contacts, vast knowledge of the Tampa Bay real estate market and affiliations with numerous clubs and charitable organizations, he is unsurpassed locally.
Frank is a father of four and he currently resides in Snell Isle with his wife and business partner, Rebecca, and youngest daughter, Aubrey. He has lived in Snell Isle for over thirty years and can't imagine wanting to live anywhere else.
